Try different ways to fly. No experience necessary. 

The Lyra (aerial hoop, below) and silk  help develop strength, confidence, and grace.  Both are so different and equally satisfying. Express yourself in the air!  A class of bungee will be taught as well!!

 Some of the top benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, increased confidence and self-esteem, better breathing and circulation, and a fun, challenging, and unique workout that is different from anything else! Progress at their individual skill level and will be given challenging new techniques to learn and master.

*Note- must have at least 4 people per class for it to fly!
