ABDA - Silks Intermediate (front studio) - Series SERIES OF CLASSES

Don’t lose your skills over the summer, and keep strong, flexible, and hone your craft.

This session safely covers aerial silks intermediate level moves.If you have taken 2  to 4 silks sessions before- this is probably the class for you. (Miss Laura will assess to make sure this is the right level!)

Silks help develop confidence, flexibility and strength in a supportive and encouraging environment. Silk work gives a sense of accomplishment in an inclusive way, and students workout and support one another, which gives an overall sense of well-being. Also, it is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training. Students are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks!

*Note- must have at least 4 people per class for it to fly!
