RISING STAR- Silk and Lyra - mixed ages - 4weeks Series SERIES OF CLASSES

Dancer and gymnasts, stay strong and develop new skills this summer. Tricks and technique will be taught on aerial silk and hoop.  Silk and lyra work gives a sense of accomplishment in an inclusive way, and students workout and support one another, which gives an overall sense of well-being. Also, it is a great addition to your gymnastics and/or dance training. Students are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, porting duet moves, and other fun tricks!
