If you have a season or two of silk, and are comfortable in the air this class is for you.

The Lyra (aerial hoop), cloud swing, and silk will help develop strength, confidence, and grace.  Both are so different and equally satisfying. Express yourself in the air!  A class of bungee will be taught as well

Get a varied flying workout! Some of the top benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, increased confidence and self-esteem, better breathing and circulation, and a fun, challenging, and unique workout that is different from anything else! Progress at their individual skill level and will be given challenging new techniques to learn and master.

*Note- must have at least 4 people per class for it to fly!
