No experience necessary! This session safely covers aerial silks beginner level moves. Silks help develop confidence, flexibility and strength in a supportive and encouraging environment. Silk work gives a sense of accomplishment in an inclusive way, and students workout and support one another, which gives an overall sense of well-being. Also, it is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training. Students are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks!
*Note- must have at least 4 people per class for it to fly!
