Aerial Hoop (Lyra) is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training for upper body and core strength. This 5 week session safely covers aerial hoop basics. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks!
