Aerial Silks is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training for upper body and core strength. This 5 week session safely covers aerial silks basics. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks! Returning students will continue to progress through the basics while being challenged at their individual ability level.
