Aerial Silks Kids/Teens

This aerial silks class is open to kids and teens.

Aerial Silks is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training for upper body and core strength. This class safely covers aerial silks basics. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks! Returning students will continue to progress at their individual skill level and will be given challenging new techniques to learn and master. You've got nowhere to go but up!

Contraindications: recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo or extreme motion sickness, hernia.
