Aerial Silks & Hammock Adults

Aerial Silks and Hammock is a great addition to gymnastics or dance training for upper body and core strength. This class safely covers aerial silks basics with a variety of silk apparatus. Students will increase strength and flexibility as they are taught basic hangs, climbs, locks, inversions, and other fun tricks! Returning students will continue to progress at their individual skill level and will be given challenging new techniques to learn and master. You've got nowhere to go but up!
