Learn the basics of bungee in our 90 minute Bungee 101 workshop. Grounded Aerial® instructors guide participants through harness safety, introductory terms and skills, as well as bungee-specific movement theory.
Our instructors provide a holistic learning environment focused on Mind, Body & Spirit. This class isn't just about reps. We explore the physical, emotional, and psychological applications of bungee to life.
