Bungee Adults
with Karen "Wren" Fuhrman

Prior aerial experience is not required for this open-level adult bungee class (18+). Our knowledgeable instructors guide participants through harness fitting, safety instructions, basic shapes, and moves. Then, we challenge participants to bounce outside their comfort zones. We integrate play, laughter, and silliness into this full-body workout. 

Contraindications: pregnancy, recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo or extreme motion sickness, hernia.
