This class is designed for those who would like to learn at a faster pace with a focus on conditioning and more challenging aerial poses, transitions and techniques. It's preferred that you took aerial yoga beginner, or have prior aerial experience.
We'll do inversions and address your overall strength with exercises on the sling and floor. This is a total body workout while being supported by the sling in a safe, fun, and supporting environment!
Bring your own mat or one will be provided for you. Kindly remove any jewelry/watches before class. Workout clothing with no buttons or zippers preferred.
