No experience necessary. Aerial yoga combines the structure of yoga and focuses on the mind body spirit connection with the use of the ground and aerial hammock. Aerial yoga technique makes many yoga postures more accessible and naturally helps with body alignment. You will become acquainted with flight and how the hammock can be used as a fun and new way to move! This is a great class to be healed and restored.
Bring your own mat or one will be provided for you. Kindly remove any jewelry/watches before class. Workout clothing with no buttons or zippers preferred.
