Zen Studio at Healing Energies - Beginner Bungee- Adults and Teens
with Karen "Wren" Fuhrman

Welcome beginners and first-time flyers. Prior aerial experience is not required for this easy-paced, adult/teen bungee class. 

Our knowledgeable instructors guide participants through harness fitting, safety instructions, basic shapes and moves. Then, we challenge participants to bounce outside their comfort zones. We integrate play, laughter and silliness into this full-body work out.

Contraindications: pregnancy, recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo or extreme motion sickness, hernia.
