The Lyra (aerial hoop, below), cloud swing, and silk will help develop strength, confidence, and grace.  Both are so different and equally satisfying. Express yourself in the air!  A class of bungee will be taught as well!!

 Some of the top benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved balance and coordination, increased confidence and self-esteem, better breathing and circulation, and a fun, challenging, and unique workout that is different from anything else! Progress at their individual skill level and will be given challenging new techniques to learn and master.

*Note- must have at least 4 people per class for it to fly!
