Welcome beginners and first-time flyers. Prior aerial experience is not required for this easy-paced, adult/teen bungee class. Our knowledgeable instructors guide participants through harness fitting, safety instructions, basic shapes and moves. Then, we challenge participants to bounce outside their comfort zones. We integrate play, laughter and silliness into this full-body work out.
**NOTE!!!** THIS CLASS IS INTERCHANGABLE AT EITHER ANGEALA BATES IN NEWTOWN SQUARE, OR RISING SUN IN ROYERSFORD! MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP AT THE CORRECT LOCATION!
Contraindications: pregnancy, recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo or extreme motion sickness, hernia.
