Welcome first-time flyers! Prior aerial experience is not required for this easy-paced, adult/teen bungee class. Our knowledgable instructors guide participants through harness fitting, safety instructions, basic shapes and moves. Then, we challenge participants to bounce outside their comfort zones. We integrate play, laughter and silliness into this full-body work out.
This class is FUN. Let's fly.
We advise not to bounce with: pregnancy, recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo, extreme motion sickness, or hernia.
