Prior aerial bungee experience is required for this class (18+). Intermediate bungee students will be challenged aerobically, anaerobically and choreographically in this intense, 60-minute bungee class.
Contraindications: pregnancy, recent surgeries (eye, neck, back), atlantoaxial instability, vertigo or extreme motion sickness, hernia.
